That’s completely okay! Many of my clients don’t. You don’t need perfect wording, a fully formed brand, or all the answers. I’ll guide you through the strategy, help clarify your vision, and translate what’s in your head into something cohesive, intentional, and ready to grow.
I’m not tech-savvy… will this be overwhelming?
Not at all. Besides the initial client homework (branding + website questionnaire), this is a very hands-off experience for you. I handle the tech, structure, and setup so you don’t have to stress or Google things at midnight. You’ll always know what’s happening, but you won’t be buried in decisions or tools you don’t understand.
who do you typically work with?
Mostly established service-based providers and personal brands — coaches, consultants, therapists, photographers, interior designers, stylists, bloggers, and anyone building a business around what they do best. Ideally you've been at it for a couple of years and you've simply outgrown what you currently have online.
That said, the most important thing isn't how long you've been in business... it's that you see this as an investment in your next level, not just another expense. If that's you, we'll probably get along just fine :)
how far in advance should I book?
I typically book projects a few weeks to a few months in advance so I can give each client my full attention. For Website Sprints, I take on 2–3 sprint clients per month, working with one sprint client per week. Most months, that looks like two sprint weeks, occasionally three if capacity allows.
If you have a specific timeline in mind, I always recommend reaching out early. That way we can plan ahead and secure a spot that works best for both of us 🤍
