Portfolio Highlights

Haley is the founder of Haley Bennett VA... a virtual assistant studio supporting feminine-led business owners with SEO blog writing, Pinterest strategy and management, and general admin support. But Haley doesn't really sell tasks. She sells white space: more room in your calendar, more energy for your heart work, and more presence for the little moments that actually matter.

She came to me with a clear purpose and real results to back it up (thousands of Pins published, dozens of SEO blogs written, hundreds of hours handed back to her clients), but a brand that wasn't capturing the soft, slow, savor-the-moment feeling that makes her different.

The design challenge? Most VA brands sell productivity, efficiency, and getting more done. Haley's message is the opposite: your peace does not have to be tied to your productivity. Her brand needed to make that feeling tangible the second someone lands on the page, while gently reassuring the Type A business owner who's scared to let go of control that she's in very good hands. (Haley's a Type A perfectionist herself... so she gets it.)

Haley didn't just need a prettier website. She needed a brand that sells a feeling: more white space, a slower pace, and peace that isn't tied to productivity. So we started with strategy by getting clear on who her dream client is and what she's really craving. Every color, layout, and line of copy was then designed to make that slower way of running a business feel possible the moment you land on her site.

The Approach

→ Each service opens with the exact task sitting undone: the forgotten Pinterest, the half-finished blog post, the overflowing inbox. Real numbers and client love notes build trust before the first inquiry.

The things left undone

→ Small, intentional details like a binder clip, a pressed flower, a cassette, and slow-morning coffee moments are layered throughout. They're quiet nods to the admin she handles and the little joys she gives back to her clients.

The little things ARE the brand

→ The homepage opens with a daydream: a slow morning on vacation, nowhere to be, no notifications. The copy leads with desire, so her ideal client feels the outcome before she ever reads a service name.

Selling the feeling, not the to-do list

→ The site itself mirrors what Haley promises her clients: less clutter, less noise, and more white space in your calendar.

White space, literally

The Before

Haley DIY'd her website in her very first year of business, two years ago. Like so many of us in year one, she didn't really know what she was doing yet... so she pieced it together as she went, adding a little bit of everything along the way.

Fast forward to now: she's full-time in her business and taking on a steady roster of clients, and she knew she'd outgrown where she started. The site didn't feel professional, it didn't reflect the level she was operating at, and it definitely wasn't capturing what makes her different.

Haley wanted SO much more than a pretty aesthetic. She wanted a brand that could actually sell the white space, the slow hustle, and the peace she gives back to every client she works with.

After (The Result)

Haley now has a digital home that feels exactly like working with her... calm, organized, and full of breathing room.

Her brand and website sell peace instead of productivity, and every overwhelmed business owner who lands on them thinks: yes, THIS is how running my business should feel.
