Portfolio Highlights
Geri is the founder of Womxn & Compass Collective: a therapy and coaching practice dedicated to helping first-gen therapists heal burnout at the nervous-system level, set boundaries without guilt, and finally feel grounded in their work, relationships, and rest.
When she came to me, her branding was DIY and inconsistent, and her website felt unstructured and out of sync with the depth of the work she offers. She had a clear vision for what it could be — she just needed the right person to help her get there.
The design challenge was rooted in the name itself. Womxn — a space intentionally built for everyone. Her brand needed to feel bold and welcoming without being exclusive, approachable without being soft, and professional without losing the warmth that makes her clients feel safe enough to do the hard work.

Every decision was made in service of one feeling: you are seen here, and you are welcome.
The visual language needed to be as intentional as the work Geri does — bold enough to make a statement, warm enough to open the door.
→ Anchored in her signature blush pink with fun, confident color pops — an approachable palette that feels warm and welcoming without skewing too soft.
Blush, bold, and built for everyone
→ A refreshed logo suite with intentional emphasis on the 'x' in Womxn: a quiet but powerful design statement that signals exactly who this space is for before a single word is read.
The 'x' says everything
→ Across three Design Days we went far beyond the website: SEO, email marketing, a welcome series, branded IG templates, a client onboarding deck, a blog, and a podcast cover. A fully realized brand ecosystem built to grow with her.
One brand, every touchpoint
→ Geri is my biggest repeat client — three Design Days total. Each session built on the last, going deeper into strategy, systems, and presence. The results speak for themselves.
Kept coming back for more
What started as a brand refresh became a fully built-out digital presence across every platform and touchpoint.
Geri now shows up online with the consistency, depth, and intention her work has always deserved — each Design Day building on the last, leaving her business better than she found it.
